Wacker Neuson EquipCare gives machines a voice

Developed by Wacker Neuson, the EquipCare solution ensures transparency in fleet management, since machines outfitted with EquipCare send reports to the customer's terminal device in real time in the event of maintenance requirements, malfunctions, or unexpected relocations.

Which machines are located at which construction site? Does the wheel loader have a long downtime? And isn't one of the excavators shortly due for maintenance? With EquipCare from Wacker Neuson, the workplace and fleet manager have all of this information ready at a glance and will be contacted when needed by the machine via push notification.

More efficient service thanks to telematics
The centerpiece of the technology is a telematic module which Wacker Neuson installs ex work in the machine. Always accessible, on PC, Tablet, or Smartphone – for iOS and Android EquipCare can be accessed via the internet and by App. The personal machine assistant is always available even on the go.
